What does CV mean?
- curried vegetables
- clutch victory
- curriculum vitae
- cardio-vascular
Of course the answer is ‘3’ (because this IS a career blog!).
Curriculum vitae (CV) roughly translated, means “the way my life has run”.
Your CV would give an employer a good idea of who you are, what you can do and how you can fit into their business.
You will need a CV (Resume) when you leave school and/or apply for a job.
NOTE: A clutch victory means any situation or event that was close to becoming a failure, but ended well. This is according to my most-reliable source (said tongue-in-cheek) ‘Urban Dictionary’.
